There were some issues yesterday so worth logging off and logging back in again if you are having problems.

Once you are in the live there should be a chat icon at the top right of the screen and once that’s selected you will get asked your name for the chat function. Enter the name which will show when you make your comment and submit. There were some issues with the chat yesterday so always worth logging off and on again if you think you are not getting full access.

I have always been a fan of Debbie shore's sewing. I have a number of her CD-ROMs I purchased a number of years ago, for example 'Sewing for fun', Bags galore etc. Although I can still load them the videos on the CD's won't work. It says the videos are private. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

If you joined during the first stage of the offer it was the Half Yard books for Spring, Summer and Autumn. When these books were all allocated the second offer was the Refashion, Restyle and Restitch Book and two of the Build a Bags books (Backpacks and Occasional Bags). Once these books are allocated it will then be the subscription offer that is available.
