Hello I am new to quilting. I have bought a charm pack and made disappearing nine patches which I enjoyed making. However, please can anyone recommend a you tube or book that tells you about how to choose/put together fabrics to make blocks. I have read about low, mediumand dark fabrics but there is mentions of star fabrics ? And also different sizes patterns within the fabric collections ? I really would like to try understand about this as there are plenty of videos showing you how to make the different blocks up. Happy sewing
