Enjoy this Children's Party Dress sewing pattern by Debbie Shore – simply reuse an old shirt as well as a child's top!
About the project
This is such an effective upcycling project, as the fastenings, binding and hem are carried over from the original items! Simply combine a children's shirt or t-shirt with the bottom of an old shirt to create a skirt! There was plenty of shirt fabric left over to make a cute matching headband, too.

- An adult shirt
