About the project
Super quick to make and an excellent stashbuster, this Christmas present decoration is a great last-minute make. It's also super versatile – add a hanging loop to make a tree decoration, use it as a festive pin cushion or just create one present, add a tag and tie it to a gift for a loved one!What skill level is this sewing pattern?
This is a beginner-friendly 'quick make' and shouldn't take you more than 30 minutes to stitch!
Debbie's Top Tips
- Add a little bit of Best Press or spray starch to help your presents hold their rectangular shape.
- Make sure to pinch the edges of the presents as you iron them, this will also help aid in keeping their shape.
- Sewing machine or needle and thread
- Iron
- Wet fabric glue (HT2)
- Two 4in x 6in (10.25cm x15.25cm) pieces of fabric
- Two 4in x 5in (10.25cm x 12.75cm) pieces of fabric
- Two 4in x 4in (10.25cm x 10.25cm) pieces of fabric
- One 30in (76.25cm) piece of ribbon
- Toy filler
